Trent has been doing fine the last week. He is eating alot better and has more energy than in past weeks. On Wednesday, Trent will begin his first round of Temodar(chemo). He will take 150mg for 5 days and then will be off again for 3 weeks. These rounds will continue for a year and MRI’s will be performed at 3 month intervals. Trent’s next MRI will be in November. We ask that you please pray for his chemo rounds to go well and for another decrease in tumor size.
Over the weekend, Trent and the family attended a wonderful party for pediatric cancer patients at the University of Chicago. The Make-A-Wish Foundation and the U of C had a DJ, pizza, magician, pinata, face painting, and all the kids were given wet sponges to throw at Dr. Rubin and Dr. Nachman. It was a fun day and all of us had alot of fun!!
