I have installed a program that allows real time chat, it is not a full blown chat program so don’t get all excited. Whoever is online will be able to chat with other people though. I am workin on getting some kind of plugin installed that will show the users that are online at the time. Bare with me. The link to the chat page is on the right under Site Navigation menu.
