Going back to work was alittle scary…but all of my friends were so supportive and this made it so much easier for me!!! Ariana has not had any hives since last week…YEAH!!
I wanted to let everyone know that the Halo of Hope Foundation is putting together a 5K run / 1 mile walk in Trenton’s memory!!! We are so excited about this event!! It will be on September 9th and will be called “Trent’s Trek”. This will be an annual event that will benefit children who are fighting cancer and blood diseases. I will let everyone know the specific details in June. Thanks to Jared Tomich and Amy Kushneruk for putting this together in our son’s honor!!!
I have been told many times that Trenton and our family have touched others lives through our experience…this makes me feel so good – knowing that we have helped others see their lives differently…changing the way they respond to their little ones and bringing a sense of living for the present. Knowing that my son had a positive impact on so many people in his short 5 years, makes me feel so proud to be his mommy. Thank you to everyone who has told me how their lives have been changed – even though I may cry while I hear this – they are tears of JOY!!
